PROJECT DESCRIPTION
An expansion and remodel of an existing charter school to accommodate their expanding enrollment and academic achievements. The remodel consisted of the annexation of adjacent tenant space. The new area was gutted and turned into new gym/lunchroom with upgraded athletic facilities and offices. The previous gym space was turned into tall acoustic spaces for band and orchestra instruction. Also included were new staff offices and various classroom upgrades. The school now occupies the complete 65,000 SF building.
