Project Description

This project incorporated a tenant finish remodel of MTech’s existing headquarters – a one story, high bay industrial building that would allow for 257 office workers and 38 fabrication employees. Intergroup provided basic layouts for the fabrication shop and the demolition and remodel of existing office spaces incorporating conference rooms, open offices, management offices, break rooms, shower and locker rooms, lounge areas with TVs and game tables, and various huddle areas for collaboration. Specialty training spaces integrate high-tech AV systems, projectors, and automated window blinds. Because MTech fabricates ductwork for mechanical applications, Intergroup created the interior space with metal ribbons that weave across the open office ceilings and exposed structural elements to make an industrial atmosphere.
