Project Description

Having worked on other senior care projects together, Intergroup Architects, InnovAge, and Prime West Development teamed up to convert a 1970's industrial metal building into a day and health center for the elderly. What started as a due diligence report on a 24,000 square foot, vacant metal building has become a quick renovation that replaced and demolished everything in the building except for the main rigid frame. This remodeled 1970’s building is now a senior day care with three day activity rooms, a clinic for participants, physical and occupational therapy, a warming kitchen, and administrative support areas for elderly programming.

Client Profile

InnovAge is a Colorado-based organization that provides a variety of specialized, alternative medical and senior care services including in-home care, healthcare, adult day care, and rehabilitation facilities.

In 2016 InnovAge converted from a non-profit organization to profit.
