Project Description

The Sloan’s Lake dialysis facility includes 24 dialysis chair stations with one separation room in the treatment area. Design included intensive plumbing due to the kidney care process needed to treat patients. There are nursing pods are grouped together for patient care. Also included are nonclinical back-of-house areas. Fresenius utilizes their own dialysis equipment for their patient treatment. The dialysis center is located in a new 7 story mixed-use facility that also includes residential and medical care tenants.
